Key responsibilities for the Telemarketing Executive role:
* Making outbound calls to business prospects to introduce Wills & Co’s commercial insurance services.
* Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales consultants.
* Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries.
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
* Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly performance targets.
Skills and experience
We’re looking for a Telemarketing Executive who has the following:
* Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone.
* Resilience and drive - comfortable working towards targets and handling objections.
* Strong organisation - able to manage call lists, follow-ups, and CRM updates efficiently.
* Team player - works well with others and contributes to a positive team culture.
* Adaptability - able to adjust messaging and approach based on client needs and feedback
