Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
We are seeking committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive SEN school in the Royal Tunbridge Wells area on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, assisting with their learning, development, and overall wellbeing within the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Support pupils with a range of needs, including those who may display challenging behaviour
* Help create a positive, safe, and structured learning environment
Requirements:
* A genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, resilience, and a proactive approach
* Previous experience in a care setting or working with individuals who display challenging behaviour is desirable, but not essential.
