Pay: £92.63 per day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time only
Setting: SEN Primary School
We are seeking a patient, enthusiastic and caring SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join a warm and welcoming SEN Primary School in Crawley. In this role, you will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop key life skills.
What the role involves:
• Providing classroom support to children with SEND
• Working 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting with personalised learning plans
• Supporting communication, emotional regulation and engagement
• Collaborating with teachers and therapists to ensure high-quality care and learning
What we’re looking for:
• A nurturing, resilient and proactive approach
• Experience in SEN or care (preferred but not essential)
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive
