The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible PPA Teacher to join our team. This role involves covering classes across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to enable teachers to receive their Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, maintain continuity of learning, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff across the school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working with children across different year groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of year groups and subjects
* Follow planning provided by class teachers and provide feedback on learning
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff throughout the school
* Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in primary education (ECTs welcome to apply)
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Flexibility, organisation, and adaptability
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, proactive approach and a good sense of humour
