The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, reflective, and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the wider life of the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
* Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
* Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement
* Uphold the school’s values, policies, and safeguarding procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS1 (ECTs welcome to apply)
* Strong classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all pupils
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for making learning meaningful and enjoyable
