About the role
As a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll deliver a broad range of professional and project services across commercial property, taking ownership of instructions and acting as a key point of contact for regional clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver core Building Surveying services including dilapidations, TDD, PPM, RCAs, schedules of condition and building pathology
* Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent across refurbishment and maintenance projects
* Manage and develop strong client relationships across investor, landlord, occupier and developer portfolios
* Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team
* Collaborate with colleagues across wider service lines including valuation, agency and project teams
* Contribute to business development, client retention and regional growth initiatives
About you, as the successful Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor
* MRICS qualified with relevant commercial consultancy experience
* Strong experience delivering core professional Building Surveying services
* Experience in project delivery (refurbishment, maintenance or CAT A/B works)
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing and report-writing skills
* Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable managing multiple instructions
