Location: Bristol | Full Time
Salary: £33K-£40K+ (DOE) | On Site

Due to continued growth, We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tooling Supervisor to join a well-established aerospace company based in Bristol.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Tooling experience who has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Tooling engineers, ensuring production standards are met.   

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Tooling Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising a team of Tooling Engineers on the shop floor
Supporting daily production activities and workflow
Hands-on involvement with manual machining (lathes, etc.)
Carrying out tooling inspection and ensuring quality standards are met
Working to tight tolerances in line with aerospace requirements
Supporting tooling manufacture and reconditioning processes
Driving high standards of safety, quality, and performance

Requirements

Previous experience in a Tooling Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Tooling role
Strong background in manual machining (lathes essential)
Experience working within aerospace or precision engineering environments
Ability to work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Hands-on, proactive approach with strong shop floor presence
Experience inspecting tooling / components
Confident leading and supporting a team
