NEOS Engineering are currently working with a well-established and highly respected plant hire organisation that is looking to bring an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter into their growing team.

The Role
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of heavy plant equipment, attending customer sites and carrying out repairs in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and inspections on plant machinery
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults on-site
Responding to breakdowns and completing field-based repairs
Maintaining accurate service and job records
Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
Providing a professional customer-facing service
The Candidate
We are looking for a skilled and motivated engineer who takes pride in their work.
Ideal background:
Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter, Field Service Engineer, or similar
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and diesel engines
Experience working on equipment such as excavators, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence required
