We’re working exclusively with a highly desirable, independent managing agent who are looking to grow their service charge accounting team with an additional hire as follows:
* Intermediate / Step up service charge accountant level role working from a modern, vibrant London Bridge office with 2 days per week from home (once settled if desired)
* Ideally from a smaller company background (i.e. non-corporate), with a wide field of accounting experience from invoice inputting to extended trial balance
* Undertaking the full range of service charge accountant duties (including client and resident liaison) using QUBE (Essential) as part of the wider service charge team/function
* Might suit a Service Charge Accounts Assistant seeking greater autonomy / their next step OR an intermediate Service Charge Accountant looking for better recognition and an accelerated career path
* High quality portfolio of medium sized London blocks (with virtually no arrears/issues, healthy reserves and engaged/cooperative leaseholders)
* Fun, friendly office with an inclusive team and lots of socials.
* Starting salary around £40k with some room for negotiation for those with particularly strong experience / QUBE exposure
