Location: Horsham (working from yard location)
Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm / Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join one of our clients, supporting a range of outdoor maintenance works across the region.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a team to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services safely and efficiently.

The Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Ability to commute to the yard location daily
Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor work experience (essential)
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Reliable with strong work ethic and timekeeping
Trailer towing experience (desirable)
The Role:
Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
Hedge cutting and basic vegetation work
Supporting team delivery of scheduled works
Operating tools and equipment safely
Ensuring work is completed to required standards and timelines
Following all health & safety procedures
