We are recruiting for a hands-on Mechanical Fitter Team Leader to support a busy workshop in Rugby. This role would suit someone who still enjoys being on the tools but can also lead by example, organise work on the shop floor, and help keep standards high across the team.

The role:
* Mechanical fitting and assembly work
* Working with hydraulics and pneumatics
* Fitting components to engineering equipment and machinery
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Supporting and guiding fitters on the shop floor
* Helping to organise workloads and maintain production flow
* Making sure work is completed safely and to the right standard
What we need:
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter
* Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring others
* Good problem-solving skills
* Reliable, hands-on, and able to lead from the front
