About the Position:
Part-Time or Full-Time – flexible working days available
Up to 60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
Independent Prescriber qualification required
Lead on structured medication reviews and patient safety
Work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical teams
Scope for ongoing professional development

Must be an Independent Prescriber with CPPE qualification
Minimum 1 year of UK Pharmacy experience is required
Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
System One experience required
Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
