Description

We are partnering with a respected independent neurodevelopmental assessment provider to recruit an experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to support Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments. This organisation delivers high-quality, person-centred assessments for children and adults, helping to reduce waiting times while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLT with ADOS experience who is passionate about neurodevelopmental work and wants flexible, specialist assessment-focused practice within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality ADOS assessments as part of comprehensive Autism diagnostic pathways
Contribute to ADHD assessments where appropriate, using structured tools and clinical observation
Complete detailed clinical documentation and produce clear, evidence-based reports
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including psychologists and other clinicians
Ensure assessments are delivered in line with best-practice, ethical and professional standardsRequirements
HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist
Experience delivering ADOS assessments within Autism diagnostic services
Understanding of ADHD assessment processes and related tools (e.g. ACE+, DIVA-5, QB Check)
Strong clinical observation, communication and report-writing skills
Experience working with children and/or adults with neurodevelopmental differences
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within an MDTBenefits
