You’ll join a busy and growing Corporate team working closely with approachable, commercially-minded Partners on a broad mix of work, including:

M&A transactions
Corporate restructurings
Shareholder agreements & general advisory
Exposure to Oil & Gas work within a wider corporate practice
What They’re Looking For

NQ–4 PQE Corporate Solicitor (Scots qualified)
Solid corporate experience (seat or post-qualified)
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
