This role is a low-complexity, community-based support role to support a male in his 20s with an acquired brain injury (no personal care is required)This is focused on:
Prompts and support with executive memory
Structuring and planning the day
Supporting decision-making and problem-solving
Attending appointments
Emotional and social support
Encouraging independence
Monitoring mobility safety and fall risks
Recognising subtle brain injury cues and documenting clearly
Successful Applicant:
