About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Duct Fitter to join our team on projects across Oxford and the surrounding areas. This role involves working on a variety of commercial and residential HVAC installations, offering steady work and opportunities to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Installation of ductwork systems including galvanised, stainless steel, and pre-insulated ducting
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans
Measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork accurately
Ensuring all installations meet industry standards and health & safety regulations
Working collaboratively with site teams and other trades
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
Proven experience as a duct fitter or HVAC installer
Ability to read and follow technical drawings
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Own tools and PPE preferred
Strong awareness of health & safety on-site
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable Skills
IPAF and/or PASMA certification
Previous experience on commercial construction sites
Full UK driving licence
