HGV Technician – Ellington Depot

We are currently recruiting for a skilled HGV Technician to join our team at our Ellington Depot, located just outside of Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a stable, well-paid role with a great work-life balance.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £50,000 per year (equivalent to £24 per hour based on a 40-hour week)
Overtime opportunities available
Consistent weekday schedule with limited weekend work
Working Hours

Typically, 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Alternative Saturdays or as required
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs
Diagnosing faults and ensuring timely, effective solutions
Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
Requirements

Proven experience as an HGV Technician or similar role
Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid HGV licence (desirable but not essential)

Based at our Ellington Depot, conveniently located just outside Huntingdon
