Teaching Assistants - Dartford

We are currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Dartford who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join them on a full-time basis.

These are long-term roles, working 5 days a week, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The Role:

Supporting pupils across a range of primary year groups
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Adapting to different classrooms and age groupsWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience working in primary schools
Confident supporting children across different year groups
A proactive and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
