*Rate: £42.68 an hour Outisde IR35 (can be flexible)
*3 days per week Office attendance at least twice per month
Job Role
* Programme/ project management of the NFGN masterplan delivery
* Concluding the viability review, ensuring Members understand the implications and helping shape the preferred tenure mix.
* Procuring and delivering the Integrated Framework work, ensuring the recommendations deliver solutions for the ongoing delivery, resourcing and management of the project
* Considering the LGR implications for the leisure centre proposals in both Ipswich and Felixstowe, particularly the strategic and financial justification.
* Preparing agendas/ papers for member and officer governance meetings (secretariat support is provided)
* Proactive financial management of NFGN budget
* Establishing a good working relationship including regular briefings with the Cabinet member lead (and chair of member group)
