Hours: 6:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,100 per annum (based on 50 hours per week)

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a busy precast concrete manufacturing site. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in a physical working environment.

This role involves hands-on production work and would suit candidates with previous experience in factory, construction, or other manual roles.

Key Responsibilities

* Working with concrete and moulds in a production environment

* Assisting in the manufacture of precast concrete products

* Manual handling of materials and equipment

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Requirements

* Previous experience in factory, construction, or manual work preferred

* Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive tasks

* Reliable with good timekeeping

* Willing to work in a busy, sometimes noisy and dusty environment

* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Important Information

This is a physically demanding role involving manual work throughout the day. Candidates must be comfortable with early starts and a hands-on working environment.
