We are recruiting on behalf of the local authorities for several drivers’ mates to assist with the roll-out of a new waste collection service in Rugby.

It’s a busy, on-your-feet role where duties will include:

Delivering two types of waste bins to residents around Rugby
Working alongside a driver to navigate most efficient routes
Frequent loading and unloading of the van ( manual handling up to 15kg )
Requirements:

Must be physically fit and reliable
Must be able to provide 3 years’ worth of employment references
Must be living in Rugby, we aren’t considering any candidates outside the area
Must be available to start a new role from 1st May 2026
