As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers while supporting the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
This is a full-time, permanent role, onsite daily.
Typical Duties Include:
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships.
* Keep existing customers informed about current offers, company news, and promotions.
* Engage with customers to encourage sales and enhance relationships.
* Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries.
* Manage customer expectations effectively and professionally.
* Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
* Process customer orders and take payments.
* Maintain and update customer records on the company database.
