Roofing Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to join an incredibly successful, privately owned contractor in Plymouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for running residential roofing projects across the area. These projects include full roof covering replacements for social housing contracts.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the site.

* Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.

* Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.

* Carry Out all Site Manager Duties

* Liaise with clients and higher ups.

* Manage subcontractors and suppliers as required.

Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS Card

* Proven experience as a Site Manager.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong leadership skills.

* Ability to work under pressure.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
