Civils Site Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor for a long-term project based in Fleetwood. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable individual to join a well-established contractor and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating all on-site civil engineering activities
Managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and deadlines
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and ensuring compliance at all times
Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductions
Monitoring progress and reporting to project management
Managing materials, plant, and labour resources effectively
Identifying and resolving any issues or delays on siteRequirements:

Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor on similar projects
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
Strong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Full PPE
