How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Delivery Manager

    UK Based – Remote/Hybrid Working
    £85,000 - £95,000

A leading and rapidly growing technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join its Service Delivery leadership function. This is a key operational leadership position suited ideally to a candidate with strong Microsoft Business Central delivery experience and proven people management responsibility. Previous management experience is essential, as the successful candidate will lead multiple delivery teams while ensuring operational stability, quality, and consistent customer outcomes across complex ERP programmes.

    Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities

    * Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to Team Leaders, ensuring teams are supported, aligned, and operating effectively.

    * Manage workload allocation, utilisation, and capacity planning to maintain balanced and efficient delivery.

    * Identify skills gaps and support training, development, and performance management initiatives.

    * Ensure consistent adherence to delivery processes, documentation standards, and quality frameworks.

    * Oversee operational delivery output, conducting reviews and spot checks to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction.

    * Drive standardisation and continuous improvement through best practices, templates, and process enhancements.

    * Proactively identify and resolve delivery blockers, including resourcing challenges, technical issues, and workload conflicts.

    * Act as the primary escalation point for delivery and customer issues, stabilising situations and minimising disruption.

    * Perform root cause analysis, communicate recovery plans to stakeholders, and track actions to prevent recurrence.

    * Support Service Delivery leadership by providing performance insights, contributing to operational improvements, and strengthening cross-team collaboration.

Delivery Manager Key Skills and Experience

    * Proven management or leadership experience within service delivery, consultancy, or project environments, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

    * Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV or similar ERP projects, ideally within consultancy-led delivery.

    * Demonstrated experience handling delivery escalations, managing customer relationships, and supporting full project lifecycles including discovery, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.

    * Ability to identify delivery risks and quality issues early, review deliverables for assurance, and implement effective corrective actions.

    * Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, alongside exposure to delivery frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PRINCE2, or similar.
