A growing Swindon based practice is seeking an Audit & Accounts Trainee to join its expanding team. The role offers a balanced mix of audit and accounts work, providing broad experience and a strong foundation for professional development.
The role
Assisting in the delivery of audit and accounts assignments for a range of clients including limited companies, charities, sole traders, and partnerships
Working with both complete and incomplete records, including cloud-based accounting systems
Preparing draft corporation tax and business tax computations, along with supporting analysis
Communicating effectively with clients and responding to information requests in a timely manner
Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and assignments
About You
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above)
Minimum of 3 A-levels (or equivalent) or a 2:2 degree (or higher)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
You will be supported in studying towards a professional qualification, tailored to your current level of education. This will require commitment and effective time management, as study will take place alongside your role, with additional study leave provided ahead of exams.
