The Role:
We are currently looking for motivated and skilled Line Operators to join our day shift production team. In this hands-on role, you will operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers to manufacture and glaze our market-leading products, ensuring they are completed to specification and ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a vital role in meeting both customer expectations and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate CNC machines, saws, and crimpers
Assemble bi-fold doors, doors, and window products to completion
Glaze products ready for dispatch
Ensure correct parts are used at the right time to support excellent customer service
Embed quality at every stage of the process to minimise waste and improve efficiency
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience operating CNC machinery, saws, or crimpers
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication skills and a strong team-player mindset
Understanding of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing setting
Shifts:
Monday to Thursday 6am to 3:15pm and Friday 6am to 13.30pm.
