Baggage Services Agent – Lost & Found - Second European or Korean Language Required

As part of our continued development, we are recruiting professional and enthusiastic Baggage Service Agents to join our busy and dynamic team.
Baggage Service Agent Duties:
To perform all baggage tracing and reconciliation activities on shift, to ensure Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, quality standards and health & safety standards as per agreed SLA’s with all customer airlines and any other relevant third parties.
* To perform all activities including baggage tracing/reconciliation and liaising with relevant customer airlines and passengers in a timely manner.
* Knowledge of World Tracer an advantage but training will be given.
* Handle passenger claims in an efficient, timely and customer focussed way in coordination with or support of the customer airline’s policy.
* Assist with the handling of passengers and their baggage in relation to operational service delivery and delay recovery in case of flight disruptions.
* Candidate must have problem solving skills, time management skills, and be professional in all communications.
Baggage Service Agent Requirements:
* 5-year checkable employment/education history
* Will be required to complete UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check, if applicable.
* Must be prepared and able to work rotating shift patterns (early and late shifts) over a 7-day working week
* Must be able to start work from 0500hrs for early shifts, and finish at 2230hrs for late shifts
* Exemplary customer service skills and professional attitude
* Public-facing customer service experience essential, preferably within a challenging environment
* Speaking fluent a second European or Korean language is required

* Proof of right to work in the UK (passport and/or relevant Home Office documents). Please be aware that Travel Document is not accepted.
* Proof of NI number (recent payslip or P60)
* HMRC 5-year employment history letter (from HMRC website or app)
