Our client a specialist refurbishment and fit-out contractor have a requirement to bring in an experienced working Joinery Foreman on a permanent basis, due to secured workload for 2026 in the region and nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Compliance
Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day health and safety management on site.
Maintain safe working practices, including segregation, access control, dust, noise, and protection of occupied areas.
Programme & Site Management
Manage and control the day‑to‑day running of the site.
Supervise and work alongside site operatives and subcontractors
Labour, Materials & Housekeeping
Deliver and monitor high-quality workmanship in line with drawings and specifications
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site labour.Experience

SSSTS/SMSTS Qualification
First Aid
CSCS Card
Any other relevant qualifications
