We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to work for a medium sized main contractor on a high-quality new build care home project in Chelmsford, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working alongside the Site Manager helping to oversee all internal finishing trades on site
* Ensure all works are completed to the highest quality standards and in line with project specifications
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities related to finishing stages
* Carry out snagging and de-snagging to ensure timely project completion
* Work closely with the Site Manager to maintain programme targets
* Ensure health & safety standards are upheld at all times
* Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build residential projects
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
* Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
* SMSTS or SSSTS qualification preferred
* Valid CSCS card
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
