About the role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, your initial focus will be on delivering a secured pipeline of education projects across the Home Counties, acting in a hands-on capacity across Contract Administration and project delivery.
You’ll be heavily involved in managing schemes on site, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion. Over time, the role will broaden into commercial sector instructions, supporting a wide range of professional and project-led services across the centre of London.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Contract Administrator across a range of education sector projects
* Deliver project-led services, managing schemes through all RIBA stages and on-site delivery
* Work closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to time, cost and quality
* Support wider service delivery across Building Surveying, Project Management and associated disciplines
* Contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy and development of client relationships
About you, as the successful Senior Building Surveyor
* MRICS qualified (or working towards) with extensive consultancy background
* Strong experience in Contract Administration and project delivery
* Comfortable operating in a client-facing, hands-on role across live sites
* Experience within education projects is advantageous, but not essential
* Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing alongside a business

£55000.00 - £65000.00 per year
