About the role
As a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor, you’ll support the delivery of both professional and project services across commercial property, gaining valuable experience across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering core Building Surveying services including dilapidations, TDD, schedules of condition and general building pathology
* Support Contract Administration duties across commercial projects
* Work closely with senior surveyors to develop your technical and professional skillset
* Contribute to client relationship management and internal collaboration
About you, as the successful Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor
* Degree educated (BSc or MSc) in Building Surveying
* Ideally 1+ years’ experience within a consultancy environment
* Strong interest in commercial property and professional services
* Excellent communication skills with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset
* Committed to completing your APC and developing a long-term career in Building Surveying
