The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of rural surveying work, including:
Valuations for a variety of purposes
Rural property sales, acquisitions, and lettings
Estate and land management
Agricultural tenancy matters
Compensation, grants, and rural business advice
Supporting clients with strategic planning and long‑term asset management
About You
MRICS qualified or working toward chartership
Experience in rural surveying, estate management, or agricultural consultancy
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
Commercially aware with a proactive, hands‑on approach
A good understanding of rural property markets and agricultural practices
Full UK driving licence
