Pertemps have an excellent opportunity to work for our client based in Derby. Our client work within the medical industry and due to recent growth are now looking to an an additional Quality Control Inspector to their team on a temp to perm basis. As a QC Inspector you will be joining an established and high performing team where you can make a real world impact.
Shift Pattern / Working Hours:
+ Monday to Friday
+ Monday to Thursday 2pm to 8pm
+ Friday 12pm to 6am
+ 30 hour working week
The successful QC Inspector will need:
+ Previous QC inspection experience in a medical, automotive, food production, defence and rail company
+ Have a good attention to detail and be happy wearing protective PPE
+ Have a strong eye for detail with the ability to identify errors
+ Good level of numeracy and literacy due to the demands of the job
+ To be able to follow instructions and hit targets
Your duties as a QC Inspector will include:
+ Online and secondary inspections of contract packed items, injection moulded products and pouches
+ Assisting with control, storage, and reporting of quarantine and reject items
+ Laboratory testing (Peel, burst, seal strength and dye penetration)
+ Good inwards inspection and tests
+To assist the QC Supervisor as needed to support the operation.
You will receive:
+ £12.71 per hour
