The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for:
Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings
Working in high-end / aesthetically focused environments (hospitality, commercial spaces)
Fault finding, testing, and remedial works
Attending call-outs as part of a 1 in 13 rota
Completing reports and job sheets to a high standard
Building strong relationships with clients on-site Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
AM2 Qualification
Experience in commercial maintenance environments
Full UK driving licence (manual)
Willingness to participate in call-out rota; 1 in 13 What You’ll Get
£42,000 – £48,000 basic salary
