What will the Management Accountant role involve?

Taking ownership of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
Managing core financial processes such as ledger reconciliation, cash flow management, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Producing timely and accurate management accounts and financial statements, alongside detailed analysis and variance reporting.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or qualified by experience.
Strong technical expertise in UK accounting standards, with a proven track record of producing accurate financial statements.
Knowledge of industry-specific financial practices, ideally within a services business.
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to operate effectively under pressure.
Confident communicator with positive interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
