The building contractor takes of projects of varied nature, Healthcare, education, local authority, commercial, private residential, sports and leisure, embassy and religious buildings.
The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £1m - £4m, including refurbishment and new build.
The Candidate
The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects up to 4m value. The candidate would have ultimate responsibility for managing the Site, sub-contractors, liaising with Client, reporting back to Visiting Contracts Manager.
The Projects
The contractor operating in and around Essex predominantly covers General Build Commercial / Education / Healthcare projects, & much more. This is a combination of both New Build & Refurbishment.
Great attention to detail with design, managing M&E packages, in a high faced fully operational live environment.
The Requirements
Proven Longevity with Previous Employers
CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
Strong Communication Skills
Ensuring Health and Safety, Quality
Control implemented
Proficient IT skills
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Salary description
£60000.00 - £65000.00 per year
