Based in Croydon, this role will involve delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to residents, internal teams, and external partners across South London.

* 3+ Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance works
* Conduct electrical testing, inspections, and surveys
* Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
* Produce accurate and detailed reports
* Support residents and colleagues with technical expertise
* Participate in occasional Out of Hours work (additional earnings available)
Requirements:Electrical Installation (Essential – One Required)
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation + AM2
* City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2
* City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 & 3 (post Sept 2011)
* City & Guilds 2365 Levels 2 & 3 + AM2
* City & Guilds 2357 (including AM2)
* Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Qualification (2346) + AM2E
