These full-time, long-term roles are ideal for graduates or career changers looking to build experience in education while making a real difference in students' learning.

Whether your background is in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific field, this is an excellent opportunity to step into the classroom and develop your teaching skills-no QTS required at this stage.

Role Highlights:

Deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Break down complex scientific concepts into clear, accessible explanations
Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of Science
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Assist with marking, assessment, and providing constructive feedback
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and safeguarding proceduresIdeal Candidate Profile:

A degree in a science-related subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or similar)
A genuine interest in teaching and supporting young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence to lead a classroom with support from experienced staff
A desire to progress into teacher training (PGCE, SCITT, or apprenticeship routes)
