As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for;
Leading day-to-day regional operations, ensuring targets for performance and profitability are achieved
Managing, training, and developing a team to deliver a consistent high-quality service.
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and growing accounts
Monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and results
Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service standardsTo be considered for this Service Manager role, you must have;
Experience managing teams in a service-driven or customer-focused environment, or a technical background in doors/shutters
Confidence working with targets, budgets, and performance data
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support others
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and organisational ability
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel (ideally based near Bristol)
Good IT skills, particularly ExcelYou will receive:
