We welcome applications from qualified practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) as well as unqualified candidates with relevant childcare experience and a passion for Montessori education. Flexible working arrangements, including full-time, part-time, or bespoke schedules, are available.
The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development and wellbeing while contributing to a warm, engaging, and inspiring Montessori environment. You will help children feel secure, confident, and excited to explore, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Support child-led, play-based learning experiences both indoors and outdoors
Promote children's emotional, social, and physical development
Contribute to observations, learning journeys, and progress reports
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and families
Collaborate with parents to meet each child's individual needs
Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain the highest standards of careWhat We're Looking For
Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or relevant childcare experience (unqualified candidates considered)
A warm, caring, and patient approach
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and wellbeing
