As HR Officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of employee relations and well-being, arranging training, overseeing appraisal processes, reviewing and maintaining company policies and procedures, interviewing for new employees, coordinator inductions, maintaining accurate HR records and much more,
As HR Officer, you will have a strong understanding of employment law including disciplinary and grievance, managing recruitment processes, the ability to support senior management with HR related matters, able to implement appraisal frameworks and employee development, promoting employee well-being. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will have experience in a similar level generalist HR related role.
