As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll lead by example and support the team in delivering exceptional care. Your duties will include:
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Administering medication (after training)
Supporting care staff and overseeing shifts
Liaising with families, GPs, and other professionals
Dealing with emergencies
Keeping clear and accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Previous experience in a care home setting
Supervisory experience
A kind, patient and reliable personality
Ability to lead a small team with confidence and warmth
Good communication skills and a genuine love for elderly care
