We are currently working with a food manufacturer in Peterborough looking for a Quality Technologist. You will ensure the company's quality and processes are at the highest standards. The role is great for somebody to enhance their quality skills or a technologist looking for more exposure to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Calibrate test equipment
Investigate production complaints and implement corrective action
Lead Root Cause Analysis
Verify compliance with quality and safety standards
Conduct routine GMP, hygiene, and foreign body inspections
Resolve non-conformance
Taste panel process
Monitor and release products post-production and testing
Complete scheduled monitoring and log samples
Conduct allergen validation
File samples, send to labs, and liaise with supply chain on timing issuesWhat you will need:
Previous experience in a similar position, within the Food Industry
Level 3 in HACCP/Food Safety
