💰 Up to £54,000 + Bonuses + On-Call Payments

Looking for your next step in residential childcare? This is a fantastic opportunity to open and lead a brand-new children’s home (2-bed) in the Wirral, with full support to build your team and shape the service from day one.

🔹 The Role
• Lead the setup and registration of a new children’s home
• Recruit and develop your own staff team
• Deliver high-quality care and ensure regulatory compliance
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for young people

✅ Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
• 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
