The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on your specialism and experience. This full-time Science Teacher role offers the opportunity to inspire curiosity and a love of science in students within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a Science Teacher in line with the national curriculum

Teach general science across KS3 and KS4 (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics specialism welcomed)
*
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
*
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
*
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
*
A degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
*
Experience teaching science at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
*
Strong classroom management skills
*
A passion for science and student achievement
*
Ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
