What you'll be doing
You'll join a supportive Blackburn primary school, working closely with their strong SEND team to help pupils with SEMH and ASD needs thrive. Your day will include:
Supporting behaviour regulation using consistent, calm strategies
Leading small group interventions to boost confidence and progress
Adapting tasks to individual needs in KS1/KS2
Providing structure and reassurance to promote positive routines
Working alongside the SENCO and class teacher to improve outcomes
What you bring
Confident, proactive behaviour management
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and ASD
Ability to run focused interventions (e.g., phonics, reading, social skills)
Proven experience making a real impact, such as:
Reduced behaviour incidents
Delivering targeted, measurable interventions
