Job Title: Refrigeration Tutor / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

For ‘Trainee’ candidates: Our client will provide full training and guidance to develop your teaching skills, complete a teaching qualification and enable you to make a real difference in the lives of learners.
Essential Criteria:
Must hold a Cat 1 F Gas and Hydrocarbon Qualified.
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ or equiv in Refrigeration (Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
Occupational experience in the field of refrigeration, heat pump or air conditioning.
Good level of I.T skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicleDuties include:
Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for learners completing accredited qualifications in Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning.
Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme, ensuring learners are progressing within expectations
Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Please note:
