An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Payroll Assistant to join a friendly and supportive finance team within a well-established business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting with the processing of two monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Using a time and attendance system to ensure accurate input of hours and data.
• Maintaining payroll records and employee information.
• Supporting statutory calculations including SSP, SMP and pensions.
• Handling payroll queries and assisting with reporting and month-end tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a payroll or finance role.
• Experience working with time and attendance systems.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and HMRC regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
