I’m working with an independent training provider in Bedford looking to bring in a Construction Tutor to support delivery on their skills bootcamps.
The role
Deliver 6-week construction bootcamps to adult learners
Teaching Level 1 multi-trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, tiling and brickwork
Mix of practical workshop delivery and some classroom-based learning What they’re looking for
Background in construction (any trade considered)
Comfortable delivering across multiple trades
Able to engage and support learners If there are certain trades you’re less confident on, the client can support.
